Train employees on agency management systems; create and maintain training materials; monitor data integrity; help employees with how-to questions; create and extract reports; coordinate with software vendors. Claims Account Executive, Fort Worth, Houston and East Texas region openings
Perform claims reviews and loss analysis for large clients; service assigned accounts; collaborate with carriers and clients on professional coverage like D&O and EPL; troubleshoot and consult clients on all P&C coverage, including disputes and denials by carriers; give presentations to clients and prospects. COBRA Account Manager, Fort Worth opening
