A message to our treasured clients:

We’ve established a COVID-19 Task Force, a multi-disciplinary group of senior leaders at Higginbotham who are working around the clock to monitor developments, discuss their impact and determine how best to continue serving our clients and employees. Here’s how we’re delivering on our pledge.

To Our Clients

As an insurance broker trusted by our clients and their families, companies and employees, we believe it’s our duty to help answer your questions. With the amount of information about COVID-19 circulating, we believe the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to be the authorities on this topic and provide them as resources for answers on Higginbotham’s website.

We have the technology and resources in place to continue serving our clients. You can contact us as you normally would. Our claims executives are here to help process claims with your insurer to determine whether you have coverage for this type of loss.

To Our Employees

In addition to educating employees about infection prevention, symptoms and treatment, we have put into practice social distancing, escalated our janitorial services and limited nonessential air-travel. We’ve also provided flexible work arrangements for employees needing to work remotely to care for themselves, their children and family members as well as technology that enables our employees to work remotely as needed.
