COBRA Account Manager, Fort Worth opening
Communicate with clients, carriers and associates regarding status of implementations, website training, open enrollment and renewals; participate in meetings and training for client's staff; maintain knowledge of COBRA laws and communicate changes in regulations and how we are assisting clients to stay in compliance; answer clients' (employee, former employee and dependents) COBRA and State Continuation questions preferably within three business hours; develop a trusting and productive relationship with clients; serve as a single point of contact for clients for all administrative service issues; perform due diligence of necessary data collection to build the COBRA site to clients' specification; collect and disperse premiums; ensure strict compliance with all COBRA and HIPAA requirements.
