Take your advanced experience as an expert in employee benefits and collaborate with our communications team to create awareness, engage and enhance the understanding of our clients’ employee benefits packages. Have a working knowledge of self-funded and fully-funded plans, health and welfare and CDHP plans; Section 125; industry trends; pertinent rules, regulations and compliance. Engage the creative team as you take the initiative on projects without significant direction. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, general business or related field preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the employee benefits field with significant skill in handling competing demands and projects. Wellness and Health Risk Management Consultant, Fort Worth opening
Develop long term, customized health risk and health promotions strategy for employer clients through analysis of a client’s demographics, worksite culture, medical and pharmacy claims, prevalent disease states and other factors that could be contributing to overall employee health and total health care costs.  Excellent customer service, effective creativity, organization, problem solving and clear communication are critical skills for this position. Bachelors’ degree in health-related field and knowledge in Microsoft Office Software required.
