Assist producers with design or independently design insurance programs for clients; assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes; provide technical support to producers; prepare proposals/applications and submit them to insureds and carriers; prepare summaries of insurance schedules and proposals for account reviews.

Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative, Corpus Christi, Fort Worth, Lufkin and San Antonio
Fulfill client service requests for commercial lines insurance accounts in a pleasant, professional and timely manner; assist in the marketing of new and renewal commercial lines accounts; ensure client satisfaction through checking policies, issuing binders, certificates and endorsements, handling cancellations, providing information, answering questions, performing research and reviewing accounts; work closely with producers to offer additional insurance products to existing and potential customers. Must have two years of experience and a property/casualty insurance license.

Commercial Lines Select Customer Service Representative, Fort Worth and San Antonio
Maintain insurance coverage for small commercial accounts; prepare endorsement requests to carriers; process endorsements, audits, cancellations and billing; gather information for policy changes; provide technical support to marketing executives and producers; establish and maintain relationships with both clients. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, property/casualty license and minimum of two years' experience. CISR accreditation or equivalent preferred.

Employee Benefits Account Coordinator, Houston
Obtain clients’ trust by meeting their needs and expectations; maintain a professional relationship with clients and carrier representatives through exceptional customer service; support producers in generating new business and renewing existing business; serve as an advocate for clients and their employees through positive relationships with carriers and continuous education. Employee Benefits Account Manager, Tyler
Serve as the liaison between clients, the firm and producers; manage client service requests; market accounts beginning 120 days prior to renewal by gathering information and submitting it to carriers to obtain proposals; review proposals and prepare for client presentation; c
alculate clients' premium and payroll deductions and audit billing statements; produce open enrollment materials; conducts open enrollment meetings; assist during carrier transitions; maintain data on agency management system; communicate developments with carriers and new federal/state laws to clients; build relationships with carrier representatives. Life and Health Agent's License required. Two years' experience in employee benefit account management preferred.   

Employee Benefits Specialist, Fort Worth Communications Department
Take your advanced experience as an expert in employee benefits and collaborate with our communications team to create awareness, engage and enhance the understanding of our clients’ employee benefits packages. Have a working knowledge of self-funded and fully-funded plans, health and welfare and CDHP plans; Section 125; industry trends; pertinent rules, regulations and compliance. Engage the creative team as you take the initiative on projects without significant direction. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, general business or related field preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the employee benefits field with significant skill in handling competing demands and projects. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required as is a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. Project management and creative skills are a plus.

Executive Assistant/Project Manager, Oklahoma City
Assist managers with reports, expenses and spreadsheets; manage special projects; set up video conferences; schedule and set up department meetings; plan events; manage interns; receive and place phone calls; direct visitors; create spreadsheets and presentations; file records; enter data. High school diploma or equivalent, five years of experience in an admin role and proficiency with Microsoft Office required.

HR Technology Coordinator, Austin
Implement and support online benefits enrollment system (BenefitsInHand) for clients; complete implementations as assigned; manage a designated block of clients, which includes the process of implementation from start to finish and then training and ongoing support to the client; communicate with account manager/producer during the implementation process; set up open enrollments. Must have basic knowledge of HR and employee benefits industry and moderate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel. Bachelor’s degree required.

Life Account Manager, Tyler
Develop and maintain a client base; seek new prospects via referrals, direct mail, social media, group presentations, promotions and other methods; consult with clients and prospective clients to assess insurance needs, budget, financial planning goals and other relevant details; provide rate quotes and coverage recommendations; assist with long-term planning; assist with completion of application and other necessary paperwork; obtain underwriting approval; deliver policy and plan documents; follow up with clients to assess financial, family and other changes that may warrant modification of coverage; facilitate distributions to beneficiaries as directed on the death of the policyholder. High school diploma or equivalent, Life and Health Agent's license required. Two years of experience and ACSR designation preferred.

Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, Austin

High school education or equivalent, a General Lines License and 3-4 years of insurance experience, including some personal lines, required.

Personal Lines Producer, Austin
Ensure that business is placed in markets where commitments have been made and where the firm will maximize its income potential; work with telemarketing to develop a book of business; develop and maintain relationships with clients, potential clients and carrier representatives; determine which markets to visit and the most efficient use of limited time; take leads from the firm's sales center. Professional designation and three years or less experience in carrier and agency environments are required. College degree is preferred.
